Our villa is located on the second (top) floor of the quiet, secluded Seascape Villas. Perfectly situated in Kiawah's West Beach Village, you'll be only minutes from the Kiawah entrance gate, with convenient access to the West Beach Convention Center, Cougar Point Golf Course, Freshfields Village shopping and dining, and Night Heron Park. Our unit is located less than 100 yards from Kiawah's wide beautiful beach, which can be reached by a paved, shaded path. Out on the villa's screened in porch you'll be greeted with a serene view of wooded forest where you can enjoy watching Kiawah's abundant wildlife. Kiawah is one of the top ten beaches in the US.
