“When i arrived they claimed to not have my booking. They then said i had to book witg them directly. They then said i can pay with my card for the room but each addition guest i had to give them cash. Theg saud j would have to cancel my booking but refused to accept thr cancellation hence taking my money. They then claimed i stayed at their residence when trying to make a claim with orbitz.”

“poor services i booked it through credit card payment deduct but property staff didn,t checked inn that was very disturbing situation and they said we didn,t have online payment policy.”
