Aloha and Mahalo,
This Family condo feature 3 bedrooms, 3 bathroom unit is a great vacation rental for larger families that have a hard time finding a place for a large family. It is on the 3rd story. .There are no elevators. The view is lovely from the Lanai.
This is a lovely ocean view condo. It has a priceless mountain and ocean view. It is in the central location of Maui, and only +/-11 miles from the airport. We are central to many activities, shops, restaurants, tours, and beaches on the island.
This Resort has a wonderful pool and hot tub, just steps away from the unit and offers a wonderful area for family BBQ"s (5) and as many tables, an outdoor kitchen in which you can cook, sit, have a drink, and eat all while enjoying the beautiful sunsets of Maui. This is not something every resort can offer. Plus your children can swim and be with you while you cook. It offers, just outside the gated pool area, through the Maui county 3 tennis courts along with a large area for play and picnics. A few steps further and you are standing on a beach or in the Pacific Ocean. This is part of a 6 mile beach in which you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while the sun sets or you could simply enjoy the morning breeze, go for a jog or leisure walk while dipping your feet into the great Pacific Ocean. You could even go for a quick swim. Absolutely spectacular. Just be sure to rinse your feet before entering the pool area. There is a water tap provided just before you enter the pool and a shower inside the gated pool area. It offers ground shuffleboard for guests to use and even some mini putting holes
This condo has a large lanai. The condo has a new split air conditioning system in every room.. Great for those hot days.
The master bedroom on the main floor has a Cal king bed and its own bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Cal king bed and a bathroom just outside the bedroom door. The loft or what we like to call the "hotel room" features 2 queen beds and a twin bed "triple bunk" It has its own bathroom. We have a double Murphy wall bed in the living room We supply you with a pack-n-play, a stroller, and a highchair. There is cable T.V in the living area and one in the master bedroom. The kitchen has all of your basic needs. We have also included a stock of plastic dishes for you to take to the pool if you are wanting to eat there the as glass is prohibited. We provide you with a washer and dryer with laundry detergent. toilet paper, as well as a shampoo/conditioner starter kit. there are some garbage bags, scrubs, and soap as well to get you started.
The telephone may be used free of charge within North America (Canada and USA only) only for all other calls you will need to use your cell phone.
This is a non- smoking unit inside and out and although we love animals this is an ""no pets" condo due to severe allergies.We do not do Sunday s back to back as
As a bonus for our guests, We provide and allow you to use our 7pass Honda Odyssey mini van cheap on gas. It is up to the discretion of the guest on whether they want to use it our not You may visit our other property at VRBO #477826. A 6-minute walk from this one.
Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out is 10 am
We do not do a back to back booking on Sundays.😊

Great place for large families

We enjoyed our stay here. There’s plenty of room for a family of 12. It is in a great location. We did have some trouble with ants, but contacted the manager, and the problem was solved quickly. Managers were friendly, helpful, and gave us great tips of things we could do on the island

Family Vacation to Maui

Family of 6 adults and 4 children stayed for 8 days. Overall was the perfect space for us to all be together. Hosts were very good at replying to any questions or requests. The three bedrooms were separated enough to give individual spaces . Condo was very well stocked. Would recommend for other larger groups and would stay at the same unit in the future.

Fantastic place

Great location and set up. Communication was top notch and the property had everything needed. Pool, hottub, bbqs, beach, clean complex… nothing but positives. The unit came equipped with everything we needed and more. I would absolutely stay there again.

Great Location

Great Location. Can walk to many restaurants. Not nearly the traffic is when I drove past Lahaina and Kiianapale (sp?). We did not have a bad meal in Kihei and we ate at many restaurants. There is a road outside, but it didn't bother me. Beach out front and pickleball courts. Would stay here again. Host was very responsive.

Beautiful property and great service

We recently stayed for a family vacation and not only was the property beautiful, but Yolanda was wonderful. Easy to work with especially since we needed early check in and late check out. Use of the van was awesome and the home was perfect. Will definitely be back again.

Ideal location in Kihei!

Our extended family (grandparents plus two families w/children) enjoyed everything that Yolanda’s property had to offer, especially how well equipped the rental was: everything you would need for the beach and pool, car, kitchen, etc. The proximity to the beach and location in Kihei, as well as the whole island was fantastic!

It was fine

The outdoor space was not very useable as the A/C unit blew hot air and the furniture was awkwardly arranged. The sleeping areas were great but the bathrooms needed some cleaning. Once we arrived we were met with many rules and restrictions that were fine, but the amount of times they were repeated made it off putting and less relaxing. I recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay just for sleeping but not necessarily for enjoyment of the location or ‘resort’ amenities.

Good place, a bit dated but very well-equipped including beach equipment and kitchen. Host was prompt to respond to issues that arose. Might consider whether a diverter would work for the deck A/C hot air exhaust. Included van was very handy for our group.

Wonderful Hosts and a Wonderful Property

We had a lovely vacation in Maui thanks to the hospitality of Yolanda and Leo. We were 4 adults and 3 teens staying for 1 week. The use of the minivan was a spectacular bonus. The teens loved the upstairs bedroom and the two couples slept in two main floor bedrooms. The kitchen was clean and well equipped, but the knives could stand to be sharpened. We had a small issue with a clog in the upstairs tub but Leo fixed it the next day. The pool area and access to the beach cannot be beat! The only negative thing I can say about the place is we could hear the traffic from the road. This was not a huge issue for us because we didn't lounge in the unit, we spent our time at the pool, beach, or exploring Maui. At night I slept with earplugs. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Close to the beach!

We celebrated our 50th anniversary with family of 8, and had plenty of room. The little ones loved the upstairs beds! The grounds are lovely. The only drawback is the proximity to the main road just outside the condo. It is very loud. If you are a light sleeper, a white noise machine might help. The unit is well equipped with all the necessary beach equipment you might need. Yolanda was very attentive to our needs, and took care of the few issues we had. The car was older, but came in handy for our jaunts around town.

The place to stay in Maui

Yolanda'd and Leo's property is a dream destination for any large group looking to stay in Kihei. The condo is close to many shops and restaurants and right on the beach. The amenities like the pool and hot tub are fabulous as well. I also cannot express enough gratitude to the hosts for their attentiveness during my stay. Throughout a minor maintenance issue, they were always in contact, even when not on island. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Did not realize we were on third floor and no elevator. Was that listed in the VRBO listing. Was difficult for me to go up and down stairs. The oven did not work very well. Not sure if it was because of the foil on the shelves. Was afraid to drive truck to Hana, so rented cars. The place was beautiful and in a great location. Loved the patio.

Great unit in a great location

We had two couples and 3 kids ages 11-13 staying in the condo and there was plenty of room for everyone. We had a couple of issues with accessing the unit, but the property manager was very responsive and helpful. The vehicle is older as it states in the listing. We did have service lights come on and it had one headlight out, but it was reliable enough for all of us to get around town in one vehicle. We never had any issues with it other than figuring out how to finesse the key to get it to start the first time. It does only seat 7, not eight as indicated in the listing. But, that's all we needed, so it was fine for us. The unit is about a 5 min walk to the beach (if you walk really slow!) and the beach is a bit rocky, but beautiful views, low waves, and not crowded at all. There were several paddleboarders out on the water. The unit is next to the road which can be loud during the day, but traffic dies down at night and it's not loud at all. The pool is well kept and lots of BBQs to use.

We had 6 adults and 2 teens in the group. There was plenty of room, beds and bathrooms for everyone. My husband and I arrived a day before everyone else. We arrived late at night and the AC was not working We turned on the ceiling fans and opened the sliding doors to the balcony and the condo was cool enough. Yolanda and Lisa were very responsive the next day getting us extra fans until the AC tech arrived to fix the AC. He had it fixed in under an hour. We were gone during the day, at the beach, shopping and picking people up from the airport so AC would have been turned off anyway. There was a welcome fruit basket, Maui coffee, and juice in the fridge when we arrived. The condo was clean and easy to keep clean. The beds were really comfortable and the grandkids LOVED the stacking bunk bed set up. It was like having their own room. They could keep the light over their bed on without bothering the people above or below. There was plenty of room to play card and board games in the common room. There were goggles, beach chairs/umbrella, swim shoes, beach towels, boogie boards and noodles provided for our use. The pool and hot tub were great. There were always people there, but it was never crowded and we always had lounge chairs available. We would stay here again if we went back to that area.

Nice and large

Exactly as expected. Accommodate up to 9 in the 3 rooms. The double bed in the living room is available for more space. The balcony is very nice and the outdoor commune space with pool, tables, outdoor kitchen and barbecue are very well maintained and useful. The owner is very responsive to any question or small problem. The car is not a recent model but it was very useful with plenty of space for the beach gear.

Perfect property

The property was beautiful and perfectly located. We were traveling with our blended family with five young adults and the sleeping arrangements were ideal. The amenities were top notch and the significant amount of recreational equipment (snorkel, pickle ball, boogie boards) made for an awesome time. Having the car that could accommodate seven of us was a tremendous benefit. Yolanda was amazing and so very attentive to our needs and questions. Our entire party of seven can’t wait to return! Great vacation place!

We loved the clean and well appointed kitchen and balcony/lanai. The condo was comfortable for our group of 8. The complex was well kept, and the pool area with bbqs was the perfect place to end each day.

Termites in the kitchen!

The condo was not as described. First and foremost the kitchen has termites. All of us had noticed what we thought was sand on the floor since the day we arrived. We swept it up every day thinking someone had tracked it in. We realized on the 4th day it was actually fecal droppings from termites, we found the termites when we swept it that morning. We notified Yolanda the same day, and she wanted to come to take a look. She was very defensive about the situation, offered no solution or apology. She claimed they will be addressing this issue for the next guest but that their hands were tied by what the building does. We confirmed with the building manager that the last time they sprayed for termites was 6 years ago. Had we known there was a termite infestation we would have booked elsewhere. The second concern is the car. The vehicle is questionable, several lights are on (airbag check, oil change, tire pressure light) the brakes are terrible, and starts on the second attempt. If you want a vehicle to drive around the island and go further than half a mile, this is NOT the vehicle for you! If you want to just drive to the store and back, it will work okay as long as you are comfortable with the above concerns.
