Kihei Akahi Studio #C-520 is a corner studio unit on the 5th floor, with a garden view, fully equipped kitchen, window unit air conditioning, and washer and dryer in the condo. There is a queen bed, shower & tub combo, free Wifi, and a flat screen TV with dvd. For outdoor activities, Kihei Akahi Studio #C-520 is equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. Sleeps 2.
This property is across from the famous Kamaole Beaches where you can whale watch, body surf, and watch the most amazing sunsets in the world.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

Kihei Akahi is just across from Kamaole Beach #1 and it is moderately priced. Each unit has a private lanai, washer and dryer, AC in the living room and ceiling fans throughout. This apartment is Kihei was lovely and just as advertised. Snorkeling gear and beach equipment was amazing to have. 2 minute walk from the beach. Parking included! No complaints.

Great stay at Kihei Akahi!

Great communication with Maui Rentals. They provided everything that we needed for a smooth check-in experience. We arrived late to the complex and was able to register our rental car at the office the next day. Our bathroom sink was clogged and we informed the management team and they had a super come over and fix it the same day. Management team was very quick to respond. The apartment had all of the amenities you would need for the beach including towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Convenient washer and dryer also. One thing to note is that the lanai faces another building so we didn't get the beach / sunset view that some of the other units in the complex have. Overall, great stay!

We really enjoyed this condo. The entire property felt extremely safe, and we loved how thoughtful the amenities were (beach chairs, beach towels, pool/key). It felt very safe, was extremely quiet and relaxing, and our condo was much more clean than we expected - it was spotless, actually, and had everything we hoped for - coffee machine, useful utensils and cookware, great balcony, great views, the list goes on! We also appreciated the AC unit and multiple fans just in case we got hot, which we did didn't because of these items. Fantastic location, amazing front desk workers who were very kind and informative, and not to mention the beach right across the street! We could not have asked for a better stay, and we will definitely be back and will recommend this place to everyone we know!!!!

My husband and I stayed here or 6 days for our honey moon. It was absolutley breathtaking. You are a 3 minute walk from the beach and only minutes from shopping, resteraunts and shops. People are so friendly and there is a pool if want a break from the waves. Its very quiet and beautiful. We will be coming back next year! very romantic and lots to do and see. The food is amazing and you just feel so relaxed.

Great Kihei Location

Excellent spot near the pool(s) and right across from the beach. I am glad I wasn’t trying to cook up a feast in the tiny kitchen, but for a couple to spend 90% of the time outside it was perfect. Nice little balcony for morning coffee with all your neighbors. Bring earplugs if you don’t like early morning birdsong! The chairs, umbrella, and other beach gear for use were much appreciated. Mahalo!

Great place/locale

This studio apartment was exactly what we were looking for in Kihei. The kitchen was well stocked and the apartment is in a quiet part of the building. There's a dedicated parking spot and it comes equipped with a beach umbrella, beach chairs, and boogie boards. There was even sunscreen available. The only thing that would make this place better is a blind on the kitchen window. The sun shines right in and the kitchen can get warm.
