The fully equipped modern kitchen includes an oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
Sleeping Arrangements: The primary bedroom features a king bed, ocean views, and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed with mountain views. The living room offers a queen sofa bed that opens to the lanai with sunset views.
Resort Amenities: Guests can enjoy two swimming pools, tennis courts, BBQ grills, and lush tropical grounds. The building offers elevator access and free parking. The condo is located in a hotel-zoned legal vacation rental complex. When booking this condo with our management company, we collect the $25 Resort Fee and pay it to the resort on your behalf (additional vehicles are subject to another $5 per day).

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
