“房間很大預定時介紹2房入住時發現有3間房間可住6人,價格便宜,廚房很大各種餐具及廚具都齊全, 甚至有小包的調味料可使用! 房間面海VIEW很好,但是有點潮濕且整個客廳房間都鋪滿地毯,感覺有踩起來也有點潮濕,房間無空調但是很通風不悶熱,只是入睡時外面海浪很吵,風聲也大! 天氣好時在陽台可觀星,滿天星空很美~”

You can not see sunset from the unit, but you can go right next door to the Beach House restaurant to catch an amazing sunset. “I stayed at this delightful studio in Princeville for 8 nights while exploring the gorgeous North Shore of Kauai. This was an ideal location: very quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to walk to shops and restaurants in Princeville and a great base for day trips to Hanalei, Ha'ena, and Kilauea. The studio was so comfortable and spacious, with a lovely lanai for relaxing and dining. The bed was very comfortable, and it was a delight to wake to the sound of birdsong. I never used the air……

“First, the owner was a great communicator. Second, this place had it all. Both bedrooms had beautiful ocean views, the location is stellar, and the amenities around the condo are excellent. From beach chairs to snorkel gear, coolers, condiments, and umbrellas. We spent hours out on the lanai in the big lifeguard chairs watching both the sunrise and the sunset. My wife and I can’t wait to visit again. Thanks so much for a pleasant stay! ”

“Can’t speak highly enough of this property. You get to wake up to the sound of the ocean right next to you. It’s walkable to good food options. “Condo was as advertised. We thought it was a great value for this oceanfront location. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai. Very nice ocean view, as we feared looking through buildings would be limited. It was not. Loved the location. Communications with manager was outstanding and very timely. ”

“The condo and facilities are nice. It accommodated three couples very comfortably. The home was surface clean but it does need a deep clean. The cabbards were greasy and sticky and the floors under the table and bar stools were dirty. Under the beds definitely need some TLC. We swept when we arrived. The Lanai was very enjoyable and the location was great for the beach. All in all it was enjoyable other than it needs a little more TLC in the cleaning department.”

“This place was great! Perfect location on the south part of the island, close to all the Poipu beaches, shopping, restaurants, and attractions. The unit is large…every room is big! The kitchen and bathroom could use some updates but really it’s still very nice and it doesn’t take away from the experience there…comfortable, homey, functional with a wonderful island feel.
