“I've stayed at many hostels in Europe, US and Brazil. For my personal experience, this was the best one. It's super cozy, clean, the staff is awesome, the beds are "private" - each one has blackout curtains, light, plugs, and are very confortable. If you pay attention on the smallest details, you notice that they took care of each of them. “The room was clean and big(10 women bedroom). The bathroom also have shower gel& shampoo just like hotel. Simple breakfast but it was nice. The staffs were nice and helpful. Although it took 20 mins walking from bus station, I would recommend others to stay.”

“We enjoyed the apartments attached to the property. The room is spacious, kitchen well appointed, and clean. Parking was easy and rooms were quiet. We slept well every night. The only negative would be the lighting in the bathroom to shave or put make up on. The resort itself is in a great location just a couple minutes outside of town. The resort staff is wonderful. The spa team was great as well. Yew Tree restaurant breakfast was good but not as exceptional as our lunch in Monk's bar. ……

“Location was good, beds were comfortable but the apartment was just in need of some tlc. Sofa was broken and a chest of drawers was falling apart. Would have been good if there were instructions for the washer/dryer. None of the three shaver points/lights worked either. Mentioned this in communication but nothing was done. Overall it was ok but we only stayed 2 nights. ”
