“The host double booked the appartment and we knew it the same day we had to enter. He didn't answer to my messages until the day before... Finally, he found us a room under renovation, without warm water.”

“Excellent pace to stay, close to the train station, pubs and bars , room looks modern, clean and fresh, although over the road from a busy bar we slept really well as the new windows blocked out any noise , we did have and issue with room keys on arrival but we sorted it with the help of another guest , we’d definitely stay again .”

“The accommodations were as described. The location was perfect for our interests and trip purposes. The breakfast was cheap, stale and the milk expired the day after we arrived for a 4 day stay. ”

“Pour commencer, je n'ai pas reçu de nouvelles de la part du propriétaire, nous avons dû, nous téléphoner pour avoir accès à la maison. A l'intérieur était proposé 5 salles de bain, et là une salle de bain avec une chambre et 1 salle de bain pour 3 chambre et un toilette, dans un état pitoyable, dégueulasse et je ne mâche pas mes mots, dans la salle de bain parental il y avait du sang sur la porte et les murs, la douche ne donnait pas envie de se laver, dans une chambre les draps n'étaient……

“We stayed three nights. The house was spacious and well stocked. Communication with Simon was excellent. Location was fantastic and close to Glasnevin cemetery. We had a great time. ”

The property is gorgeous our kids loved the pony, sheep and chickens. The beds were so comfortable and the rain showers-divine. We would definitely recommend Macepool House to everyone!”
