“The property is beautiful. Private yard and pool. Super well-maintained. Amazing view from living area upstairs. Think ahead for food; we arrived on a Sunday in mid-May and all the markets and most of the restaurants were closed. No dining facilities on site and don’t plan on “walking into town”, as it’s about 1.5 km away and it’s a steep uphill on the way back. Communication had challenges. On the eve of my departure for Greece, I received an email with check-in instructions all in Greek……

“Sehr aufmerksame und herzliche Gastgeber. Das Haus ist hübsch gebaut, praktisch eingerichtet und ideal für 2-4 Personen. “The house is fully equipped, spacious. Two floors, two balconies with beautiful view on sea, air conditioned, clean. Easy parking on property. Very large garden with ample seating outside in shade. A 10min walk from a beautiful pebble beach that is usually quite empty. Not many tourists, mainly local people. We really enjoyed it.”

“15 of us came out and stayed a week to celebrate a 60th birthday party. The drive out from Athens was smooth with some twisty mountain roads. The house was lovely and exactly as seen in the images. The view and the pool were everything we could hope for. We were disappointed the coast road north of the villa was closed and "may" be reopened sometime in 2025.
