“We have stayed at The Wyndham Resort in Sevierville, TN about 4x and love it!! It's a great place to stay. We were upgraded at checking in. We had a icemaker in the freezer!! Hooray!! The suite was an upgrade and bigger. I had a actually walk in shower!! So far we haven't had any problems booking through VRBO.”

The place is very cute, and it looks like the complex is brand new, which added to its appeal. However, there were a few issues that affected our stay. “Both units were very nice and clean. Staff was friendly, very close to Gatlinburg, which is convenient. The waterpark was fantastic for the kids. The only complaints I have is they did try to get me to do a tour of the property for a timeshare. I did refuse and they didn’t like that. Also, the cable was very in and out.”

“Great location, very clean. Pools and hot tubs were conveniently located. The ones in the front of the resort were very clean and well kept. The ones in the back part of the resort were a little less well maintained. (Dirt in pool bottom,etc). Staff was very responsive to needs. I would recommend leaving a few more bath towels, as we had to request them multiple times. Started out with three towels for four people, and we were staying five days. It was a bit annoying to have to get the time……
