“It was a little odd when we pulled & the garage door was open, trash was almost falling out of outside trash can. There was a truck in the side yard. I was able to enter with my code (as instructed in welcome email). I walked in the house & back door was unlocked. It was just all a little odd. I messaged the host & he explained the cleaners had just left & the garage door was not working. He said he would come by & fix it. Host was super responsive. “I had a get together with 10 of my exchange students and their families. I needed to stay a few nights too with my teens. The little house held all guests for the get together, the teens had beyond a blast with all the fun things to do including a fire pit ready with everything needed for s'mores! , and the hot tub is a great bonus. And great communication from the host. Even a quick turnaround when I asked where she got her couch. Perfect stay. ”

“My larger family with people of all ages were very comfortable and had a great time staying here. House was very clean. We enjoyed a ton of pool time and an amazing view. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Within walking distance to most. During our stay it was over 100° most days. A/C in the home had a harder time keeping up with the demand of the heat. There was a smell to the house near the kitchen/bathroom- I believe this to be from neighboring cats? Photos were accurate! Ceiling is pretty low in the bunkbed room so be cautious ”
