“We had a fun and relaxing stay at this cozy cottage. The lake was beautiful. We floated on paddle boards, took out our kayaks, fished, and sat on tubes and floated around on the hot days. We liked the peddle boat also. The cottage had plenty of outdoor chairs that we used to watch great fireworks from the neighbors nearby, the activity on the lake, sit around the campfire and picnic outside. Inside had all we needed for the few days we stayed, and comfortable beds. Store was nearby and……

Pictures made it look a little farther but it’s so close to the lakefront. We appreciated how professional and well organized the home owner was with communication and expectations. “We enjoyed the amazing home that entailed the incredible comfortable bed, amazing kitchen game room and deck. Probably the most stunning was the view from the deck of the lake which is breathtaking. The water was incredible and we rented their pontoon which allowed great access to the chain of lakes. We hope to come back and add to the great memories we made.”

“ We came up from Kansas City and stayed Sunday to Saturday. Everything we needed for our vacation! The bed was comfortable, the AC and heat worked great. When we wanted to watch the Royals post season game, we grabbed our laptop and watched out at the campfire. Wifi Signal was great. Did some fishing. The lake was nice and calm. “This was a perfect home for a family get away. Plenty of sleeping space with a wonderfully equipped kitchen. Being right on the water with access to kayaks was such a bonus. The view was amazing! We had a wonderful campfire (and s'mores bar) in the evening and having enough chairs for everyone was so nice. Close to the Crystal River Tubing where we had an excellent time.”

How ever, while was listed partly correctly as being on the wolf River, it was not mentioned that the location is on a swampy Bayou portion of the wolf River. You can't swim in it. I had rented this particularly for swimming in the wolf River and was disappointed. ”
