Very friendly staff, the food was amazing we had fish and chips with peas the fish was a good size portions couldn’t finish it. The room was brilliant well fitted out had a small kitchen that we didn’t expect to have, the views were amazing of the church. Every where was very clean.. will be booking again.. to all staff thank u for giving us an amazing stay

The room was clean and bed comfortable and the shower worked. The shower room was small (it’s an old building so compromises have to be made in converting it to a hotel), however no shelf was available in the shower cubicle and shower room so everything had to be on the floor. My main criticism was with the housekeeping which was non-existent or slapdash. My room wasn’t made up after the first night. On querying this I was told that for extended stays (mine was for 3 nights) rooms weren’t made up every day. This was unacceptable to me. After the second night my room was made up except that the cups and spoons I had used from the beginning of my stay were still there unwashed or changed. I gave up at this point and washed one myself.

Check in was quick and easy. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The apartment we were allocated was spotless and comfortable. Despite being above the bar area it was very quiet so we had a great sleep. The property is right next to the Minster with the town centre right on the doorstep with most places of interest within walking distance. Things to note: the property is not suitable for those with mobility issues as there are a number of stairs and no lift - it’s an old building. Parking out the front is short stay and quite expensive - the parking attendants are very keen so don’t risk getting a ticket. There is a long stay car park just a short walk away with better rates. Those staying for a few days might want to consider a 7 day Rover ticket - available online - which costs less than £30 - better value and less hassle than having to go to the parking meter to top up your ticket on a daily basis.

We had a fantastic stay at The Wenns Chip & Ale House in King’s Lynn on Saturday. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and offered a comfortable night’s sleep. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with incredibly friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel at home. The location was ideal for exploring the town, and the pub itself had a great selection of drinks and a relaxed vibe. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in King’s Lynn. Would definitely return!

Very friendly, warm welcome, lovely apartment with pretty much everything needed in the kitchen. My wife loves the huge bath and amazing location. Dogs are very welcome and no extra charge which made a lovely change. Will be back again

I could not of had a better experience during my stay, all of the staff members were amazing to myself and my service dog Coco, the apartment was great and we had everything we needed, with the staff always there to help. I would definitely recommend the Wenns Ale and Chop house to anyone. Thank you so much Wenns staff, you made our stay fabulous.
