“Great spot right near the beautiful village and public beach of Stony Brook (unprocessed, natural sand). The house has been updated nicely. Very light and welcoming. Several options for sleeping arrangements and extra bedding, especially if traveling with kids. Great appliances and kitchen for prepping and eating meals at home rather than spending big bucks 3 times a day (esp when traveling with 4 teens). “This place was very spacious and clean with a full kitchen and two bathrooms. There was a lovely outdoor seating area in the back of the house and there was a washer and dryer available. The host was very accommodating and highly responsive. The inside was very tactfully decorated with seven beds for a larger party. However, parking was limited with only on street parking available. The location was perfect for us because it was within walking distance to the concert venue we were attending.……
