“Great location for a wander down into Kingsbridge for breakfast before heading out for the day. Close to the places we wanted to visit. Property extremely clean and modern. I hadn’t really realised the impact of the slanted roof so Chris banged his head a few times! We felt next time we would happily pay the bit extra to stay in one of your bigger properties so we have windows, an outlook and more ventilation. “We had the most wonderful stay at Combe Down. It’s a truly magical place to visit with family or friends. The photos do no justice to the incredible sea views you have from the garden, and most of the bedrooms. The interior decor is gorgeous and perfectly kept. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with a lovely welcome hamper. The location is 7-8 min drive down into Salcombe and to nearby beaches, but it’s lovely to be away from the hustle and bustle of town and have more space to enjoy. The……

“We wanted somewhere rural, quiet and comfortable with access to nearby beaches, and that's exactly what we had! The house is located a mile away from the main road down a track, so there is no passing traffic. Malcolm and Sarah are fabulous hosts, on hand to assist if required, generously giving their time to recommend places of interest and to loan towels for the dogs. The house is lovely, with a small secure patio and grassed area at the back, perfect for our small dogs to mooch about. There……
