A must go midway place if you travel from Londonderry to Dublin (or vice versa). Reasonable price & good food in the bar & restaurant. If you drive there, your car can be parked next to your room, extremely convenient.

Cabra Castle is beautiful and all parts beautifully maintained. It is like waking through a period drama. The staff were friendly and helpful and attentive to our needs. I cannot rave about our stay here enough! Every aspect is truly first class. We stayed here for my mother’s 75th birthday. They made her feel so special all day from lunch at the bar to dinner at the restaurant no detail was missed. Food and drinks were excellent at both. The grounds are gorgeous and the rooms are spacious (we booked superior room). But what shined the most was the staff, everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We had an early departure and the staff had a to go coffee ready before we departed, so many little extra touches like this made this a fabulous stay!
