Come stay at Paradise Point & take in the gorgeous view of the Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ! This home is located in the gated community of Clearwater Harbor & sits on the corner so provides views of the water from every angle of the home. It features a private pool that can also be heated, & a dedicated outdoor entertainment level equipped with outdoor kitchen!  This home also includes a ping pong table, water toys & complimentary bikes! So go explore the Hill Country & enjoy this luxury lake home!

The Space:

This is a 3 Story House and access to WIFI throughout the home.

Level 1 - Garage, has a door to access the outdoor entertainment area including the pool and a ½ bath. The elevator is also located in the garage for easy access or a staircase on the left side of the home. There are two outdoor dining tables one with seating for 6 and the other seating for 4 along with extra seating along the bar and out on the deck to relax poolside. This level also has a propane BBQ Grill ready for your cookout and a flat screen TV. From here there is a gate that will take you down to the lake 

Level 2 - Access via elevator, On this level you will find the full kitchen with a Keurig and Ninja Specialty Coffee Maker, living room, laundry room available for all guests, and a full bathroom.

Level 3 - Access via elevator or stairs inside the home. All of the bedrooms are located on this level.

Sleeping Arrangements:
• Bedroom 1: Master with 1 King bed en-suite bathroom, and access to outdoor patio - Sleeps 2
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed with full attached bathroom - Sleeps 2
• Bedroom 3 - Queen bed with full attached bathroom - Sleeps 2
• There are 2 rollaway beds to set up in living room - Sleeps 2

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, private pool, and amenity center

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in the gated community of Clearwater Harbor. The neighborhood has its own marina and boat ramp for guests to use. Grab your clubs and hit the greens at The Legends Golf Course just minutes away! Or prefer hiking head to Longhorn Cavern or Inks State Park and explore the area! This neighborhood easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment.

Getting Around:
Guests will need a vehicle to get to and from this property or around to local attractions.

Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: There is construction going on from time to time in this neighborhood as it is a new development. Also there are security cameras at this property.

In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.

The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.

NO PETS ALLOWED! If evidence of pets are found, an automatic fee of $500 is charged to the card on file.

PARKING:
NO more than 3 cars allowed per HOA rules, parking is designated in the garage or driveway only. VERY IMPORTANT - DO NOT PARK IN THE STREET ANYWHERE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD, ESPECIALLY IN FRONT OF THE DRIVEWAY AT THE HOUSE, YOUR VEHICLE WILL BE SUBJECT TO BEING TOWED!   There are designated overflow parking areas located in the neighborhood near the home. Trailer parking is located in the front of the neighborhood with pre-approval and given the access code, absolutely no trailer parking anywhere else.  Any trailers parked in the non-designated lot and space will be subjected to being towed. 

Please note there are outside security cameras at the property. 

Additional Fees:
There is an additional fee to heat the pool. We do require 24 notice prior to reservation to heat the pool. Please inquire for pricing.
