• Driveway parking available for 6 vehicles.
• Covered boat slip with lift and 2 jet ski docking ramps available for guest use. Maximum of 23' and 5,000 lbs for boat lift use. Ballasts must be emptied prior to using boat lift.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera, located on the back porch and actively monitoring the boat dock and firepit area.
