“Loved the look and setting of a true log cabin atmosphere. Ample space to hang out with all amenities provided. Only comment would be seemed a bit dark (light bulbs dead and may more lighting needed in the fire place/family area. Just enough distance to not be too far from Elk Mountain. We would go again!”

“We had a wonderful time at the property. It is much more spacious than the pictures do it justice. The house was ls clean and well organized and K, the property owner was fantastic. Very responsive to questions and even came and plowed and salted while we were there due to the slow and ice storm we experienced. The property is about 25’ from Elk Mountain but the drive is easy and pretty. I would suggest AWD or FWD of going during the winter since many of the roads in that area are snow and ice……

“We loved our stay at the Lakehouse! It had everything we needed for our winter ski break, including all the general kitchen utensils and herbs to prep our meals! Regina was a great host - easy to communicate and accommodating. We recommend! ”

“Beautiful setting! Lovely rooms clean and had wonderful amenities. Need sign by spa tub to turn it on as switch on wall near shower and not at all obvious! Front desk attendant on check-in gave mis info on breakfast and breakfast attendant not very engaging. Checkout clerk extremely helpful!”
