“My wife and I are from Ohio and this was our 3rd fishing trip to Watts Bar Lake. This place far outshined the other two places that we stayed at before. It was just a mile from a boat ramp on the lake and just a few miles from the boat ramp below the dam. A perfect place for us as we like to fish the main lake and below the dam as well. This little nest will fool you when you pull up but once you walk inside you'll be glad that you made a reservation here. We'll be back for sure one day soon.”

I was traveling solo but felt very safe there as well. No issues at all. The location provides easy access to exploring Knoxville or the surrounding towns. Great coffee shop close by and Bella's downstairs. ”

“Doug and Cathy were great hosts - space was as described, clean, and even provided snacks, coffee, tea, and water for our stay. Dog-friendly with ample outdoor areas to potty and play with the pups. Hosts live on site but rental area was adequately separated and very private. ”

“The loft was almost ideal. Two things could’ve made it perfect: (1) better water pressure and more hot water in shower, and (2) better selection of TV channels … especially during football season. Neither was close to a deal breaker, though … very cool place, well-equipped and GREAT location. We’ll definitely stay there again.”
