早餐令人难忘，只有切片面包和贝果二种主食，其它就是黄油+果酱和茶或咖啡+牛奶和果汁，没有鸡蛋、培根等任何配餐，是吃到过的最最简早餐。房间有暖炉。酒店离游轮码头5分钟车程，走路有点距离。

For are 2 day stay they did not bring fresh towels on the second day or replenish the coffee, sugar, cream.

The entire property is run down. In serious need of repair and paint! Pool is peeling so bad and looks terrible. The property looks good from far, but its far from good! They should use some of the money they rake in, to fix the place up, just my opinion. I spent $390 to stay there for 2 nights, was NOT worth that money. Its also run by "new canadians", who obviously just want to rake in the money, but not put any back into the place. Its sad.

This in not a resort as it claims. It is a motel that is very out dated. The price was on the cheaper end and that should of been a red flag. When we arrived to check in, the guy was sitting behind a desk. Not a friendly greeting. I said hello I'm here to check in and his reply was..."name" I told him my name and he got up and put on the counter the interac machine and said I can pay now and handed my key to me. Didn't say where the room was or anything. He said since you are saying more than 2 days if you want your room cleaned to contact the desk in the morning. A couple days later I needed towels and the garbage taken. The staff were next door so I asked the guy. He said girl speaks English I not understand ask her, so I did. The lady gave me the items I needed. The continental breakfast consisted of coffee, tea, juice, apples, muffin, yogurt, cereal and bread to toast. When we went for our continental breakfast which is only open from 7:30-9:30 the guy mending the front desk was coming back and forth to mend the food items. I found this place, the staff never spoke to guests when they are there. Not a very welcoming place, not a good morning or hello from any of them when you passed by them. The indoor and outdoor pool was there but we never used either of them. They didn't look too great. The rooms the beds were not comfortable and the room door had spaces around it as its not fitted properly for the frame. So I would say spend a little more and book a proper hotel.

Pool was awful broken and ripped chairs not properly clean… the reception area musty smell.. very old decor.. I’m in shock .. the balcony felt like it was going to cave in

This is not five star but it was priced far below the clean quarters, nice beds, kindly treatment we received for our stay. They definitely deserve a chance.

Facilities like spa, games, outside pool was out of service or under locking. Drinking water was not available neither in the room nor in the dining area. Cleanliness of the room was good.

C'est un resort tres calme, dans un cadre agréable avec beaucoup d'infrastructures. Il est effectivement vieillot et il serait parfait avec une modernisation et une meilleure maintenance (le terrain de tennis par exemple, les raquettes et les balles prêtées qui sont dans un état catastrophique). Le petit déjeuner est tres sommaire aussi. Dàs l'ensemble c'est un bon rapport qualité prix car le cadre est joli et les chambres sont propres.

I was so upset with my room. The ants were on everything. I set my water bottle down on the dresser for one minute and I had over 10 ants on it. There was a dead moth in the tub. The carpet was sticky. I would not take my shoes off. The shower curtain was brown on the bottom and it was a white shower curtain. The room had a not so nice smell to it. The breakfast is really nothing. My overall with the place is a 1 star. I will never go back.

This property looks so cute from the outside, and the location was ideal. It could have a lot of potential if the owners put some money into the place. The handle to our room was broken and barely hanging on, mold in the bathroom, smelly, outdated. The windows are very thin and easy to break; there are no real windows. The air conditioning smelled, and we all woke up with sore throats. Towels were limited and smelled. It's way overpriced for what you get.
