“Perfect cottage in the most beautiful, peaceful location. Cannot wait to return. Rose & Patrick have thought of everything. Ideal for exploring the local area, with some excellent pubs, walks and experiences. Really didn’t want to leave!”

“Really nice apartment right in the middle of town. Very comfortable beds and lovely cosy lounge. The kitchen area is also very tidy with all you need to cook for your family. Would definitely stay here again. Only slight downside is the noise from the flats above and below, but this was daytime only noise. We slept very well. Overall very enjoyable stay. ”

“A beautiful converted train wagon nestled in the Welsh countryside. Very well put together with most amenities available. Very comfy bed - small but well sized for a intimate break together. There were just a few things we thought to mention: 1. No WiFi came as a huge surprise. Personally we (and probably most) assumed there would be wifi. We would’ve really appreciated this being explicitly stated. 2. There was practically no communication from the hosts, just an empty email with a pin on……

“Once we got to grips with the traffic flow on arrival and parked up everything else was on foot which made a pleasant change from what we’re used to. Our 3 night stay was spent walking and visiting pretty much every shop looking for bargains and stopping occasionally for coffee and cake . Each evening we had multiple choices for pub meals all of which were great. Our host was very helpful and we wanted for nothing and the accommodation at Rose cottage was sublime Great fun for us and our dog”

“Roy was an exceptional host, he was very informative about how to get to the property as the sat nav was a little bit unreliable. He showed us around the hut with all the facilities that were available. The hut had everything u could possible need. It was beautiful and relaxing and I cannot fault it at all. The village was about a 10 min drive which has everything u would need. The hot tub was a very nice treat in the evening, even if it did rain. Thank u so much Roy for making us feel very……

“An ideal place to stay, we did so for a 60th birthdays celebration. Accommodated all 12 adults in comfort, allowing us to have a celebratory meal and drinks. Trips to nearby Hay and the Arthur’s Stone ridge by the property. An excellent weekend, thank you Coralie.”
