This spacious and family-friendly home is perfectly positioned with direct access to the Kinloch Village Golf Course and just a short distance from the lake, making it an ideal getaway for those who love outdoor activities.
With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, the house comfortably sleeps up to nine guests. The main living areas are on the ground floor, opening out onto a generous deck with outdoor furniture and a BBQ—perfect for summer entertaining. The flat section provides plenty of space for a family game of cricket or other backyard fun. Also on this level are three bedrooms and the main bathroom, which features a relaxing spa bath. The well-equipped kitchen includes a Breville coffee machine, so don’t forget to bring your favorite coffee beans! Upstairs, you’ll find the fourth bedroom and an additional bathroom.
There is a double garage with plenty of room to store bikes, golf clubs, and other valuables, making it easy to bring along all your adventure gear. To make your stay even more memorable, we’ve included plenty of extras. Take the kayak and life jacket out for a paddle on the lake, or make use of the tennis rackets at the local courts. A beach trolley is available for easy transport of gear, and kids will love the selection of toys, books, and family board games. A highchair and portacot are also provided for families with little ones.
For year-round comfort, the house features a cozy wood burner for the cooler months and electric fans for the summer (please note there is no air conditioning). Parking: 3 x off street parking, including boat parking. Guests are welcome to use the garage.

STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
