“Wonderful staff at this location. Clean and well looked after hotel. Woken up before midnight with a fire alarm. Found that a child had pulled the alarm. Staff dealt with it quickly and efficiently and while checking out apologized for the inconvenience when we brought up the jolt to the heart. Also shared a laugh. Beds were relaxing. Breakfast was great! Overall I highly recommend this hotel!”

“This is a lovely location thst is very convenient to get to places downtown or at the university. The rooms are very comfortable. The onsite restaurant is excellent.”

“The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hallways, elevators, lobby etc. were also very clean and updated. The staff were cordial and helpful. Parking was super easy and convenient. Plenty of linens and toiletries provided. It was definitely value for money and I would stay again. The only gripe I had (and it’s small) was that the pool could have used a clean. The tile area around the hot tub was a wee bit grimy. But I still enjoyed it all weekend so it couldn’t have been……

“I like the place cuz its clean and not to noisy ”

“This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.”
