“No problem w/ check-in. Floors were gritty. Had to dust off my feet before getting in bed. No hand towels upon check-in. Functioned without them. Also they put us in an area that doesn't seem to be used much. Later that evening, several bikers were housed in our area and they were load with their M/C engines and mufflers. “One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for the indoor pool. After travelling for 2 days we were really looking forward to using the pool our first night and the next day after breakfast. We went into the pool knee deep. It was so very cold we were numb and unable to use the pool at all. We paid more for this hotel than we would have without a pool! We were very disappointed!”
