“Super clean. Perfect for two couples with separate king bedrooms and private baths. Barbeque pit was a bonus that was well used. Kitchen is well equipped. Corn hole boards on the back porch was fun as well as the diamond digging equipment to borrow was a plus.Overall we did not need a thing that wasn’t available.”

“This house has everything! Well stocked kitchen; easy and clear directions; perfect out in the country getaway. We kayaked up and down the Little Mo, looked for cool rocks, and relaxed so much. We will be recommending this place to all our friends.”

“My husband and i and our kids and their families had the best time at River Oaks this week! We fished, waded in the river, cooked some great meals and spent lots of time on the outdoor porches. We highly recommend!”

“We had a great stay! The house was well equipped and clean. The location is wonderful; private and quiet. We loved the creek and spent most of our time swimming and exploring. We also went crystal mining which was a very close 20 minute drive. Tons of fun and hope to come back!”

“We came to Arkansas for a mother daughter trip and we had the best time. We came to canoe but the water level was to high to safely float especially with children. Marc told us about a hiking trail called little missouri falls and it was well worth the 40 min drive. We hiked and we got to swim at the waterfall. We loved it, you will need a truck or suv to manage the terrain into the trail. We also spent time in hot springs which is about a 45 min drive. ”

“My husband and I love a little adventure, including digging for artifacts and diamonds, which is what brought us to the area. After spending our days outdoors, it was so nice to get home to the cabin that had everthing we needed to prepare meals, wash clothes, and relax. And speaking of relaxing, that bed was eveything. We enjoyed the patio in the evening playing cards, listening to music, and laughing together. The fan kept us cool, and the lights set the mood. We also enjoyed fishing the pond……
