“Our extended family stayed here for my niece’s college graduation. We enjoyed the large yard and the beautiful park next door, even got to watch owls, rabbits, many types of birds. The trees blooming in the yard were beautiful! The house was well stocked for cooking our meals in and enjoying coffee. The house was large enough that the eight of us didn’t feel cramped at all. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Communication was easy and open with our host. We felt safe in this location……

“This hotel has better views than others at more than double the price. It is impeccable and extremely quiet. Indeed, we never saw another guest, although the parking was mostly full. Lakeview is across the street from the best market in Kirkland, which also serves excellent coffee and to-die-for fresh cookies. Our room was spacious and contained everything needed. The only downside was check-in. A sign on the door asked guests to call a telephone number. We were directed to a back……

“This was such a nice place to stay! Excellent location, easy parking and check in, spotlessly clean, a nice size, and an excellent host. The location was walking distance to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and public transportation.Despite the excellent choices of restaurants nearby, I did eat breakfast at the VRBO each day, and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with all I needed.Highly recommend!”

“I was check-in pretty late that night but the staff was very friendly and already prepare a room with the parking in front of the door, the room is clean and nice, comfortable bed, breakfast was good, the only problem I have is about the highway noise maybe the hotel is close to the highway, but it's not that big deal for me, other than that everything is perfect, very close to Fred Meyer, I can do something shopping before going back to hotel.”

“We stayed here to attend a family wedding in the area. It was perfect! Easy to get to in a quiet residential neighborhood. Nicely renovated home! The beds were very comfortable. The queen sofa was definitely firm but expectations from a sofa sleeper are minimal. Very large garage if that is needed. Jessica was very pleasant to communicate with and timely to respond. I would definitely recommend this rental.”

“We traveled to Seattle for ECNL Soccer Playoffs. i was warned that traffic in Seattle could be a bear, and encouraged to stay in Kirkland. We hit the jackpot with this house. Immediately upon booking, Muni was super responsive…answered any questions I had right away. House has been recently renovated with beautiful bathrooms, ample kitchen space, and a beautiful backyard to enjoy Seattle evenings. We could not have asked for a better experience and will definitely return the next time we are in……
