“Everything was as advertised and more than met my needs. The home is in an older neighborhood which is very quiet and felt comfortable. If I am in the area I would certainly stay again. ”

“What a terrific time we had at the house! We are a family of 6 adults and 2 young children gathering in Binghamton for a get together. The location was perfect.. centrally located and historic. The house was well appointed.. every detail was thought of, the decor was comfy and quirky and we loved the coffee bar! The beds were comfy and the backyard had enough room to play and a comfy sitting area with a fire pit. The instruction booklet spelled out all the necessary information and gave us……

However, the overall cleanliness of the rental could be improved, especially in the common areas, which were not as tidy as expected. It would be great if more attention could be given to cleaning before the next guest’s arrival.
