“The property and area are as described in listing. If you have any mobility issues note that the stairs leading into unit are steep and the stair case to the loft area is pretty treacherous (although kids would love that space and probably be fine with the stairs). Otherwise the property was perfect for us. We took a bike ride, used the pool, very relaxing.We did have a problem with GoogleMaps taking us to the same address in a different town; the host tried to assist us over the phone but the……

“This was our second stay at a Seeger Living in Karlsruhe City Center. I like the one on Karlstrasse 42-44 slightly better, but both were great. They are always super fast with any questions and concerns. I went to the wrong location, and they were very quick getting me where I needed to go. The location is fantastic. Grocery store with bakery right across the street, and many stores and great restaurants within easy walking distance. This is definitely my place to stay in Karlsruhe!!”

Wir haben mit unserer Familie (6 Erwachsene, 2 Kleinkinder) eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa Nisa verbracht und ein tolles Familienfest gefeiert. Unsere Festrunde aus 14 Erwachsenen und 3 Kleinkindern hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Es gab genug Platz für eine lange Tafel, Spiel- und Tobemöglichkeiten für die Kinder und viele Rückzugsorte. “Very modern, very clean and only 300m away from the center of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, with a few restaurants and bars / cafés and a good bakery at nearby Kaiserallee. The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well.”
