“It was very clean and a beautiful home, with a nice big yard surrounded by wildflowers. Some glass tables and breakable items makes it probably not the best home for young kids. My tween and her friend loved it and thought it was very chic. The tv on the deck outside was a cherry on top for them. Two minor suggestions to the host - add a towel rack or hooks for shower towels to dry. Also instructions on how to lock the door in the informational email would have been helpful, but the host was……

“It was a perfect house and town for me and my 8 friends to stay. We all had room, were able to work remotely on Friday and we had perfect weather. My only note is that we had planned on using the grill one of the nights but only realized when we got there that it was not set up. We also had wanted to us the canoe but could not seem to find the oars. All in all it was an incredible weekend at a beautiful home and we will DEFINITLEY be back!”

Kelly was quick to respond to our queries, generous to allow an early check-in. we were just in time to catch a beautiful sunset on the Wallkill river. “Wow! Nice place right on the Lake. We’d come again!There was one issue with the Clothes Washing Machine. The front loader door and soap dispenser should ALWAYS be left open after use! The result of not following this rule of thumb is gross mold!The owner should be made aware that the front dockside cleat on the boat is loose and should be repaired ASAP.”
