“Amazing Experience! The apartment is clean, spacious, and fully equipped. The sea view is stunning, especially the romantic sunset from the balcony. The bedroom is comfortable with a soft bed, and waking up to the ocean view is incredible. At night, you can even watch fireworks right from the room without the crowds. Great service, fast check-in. “We stayed four nights in the city view room but the room is smaller than the 28 sq m it claimed. At most 20 sq m. The room is new and well equipped but wifi is weak. The staff is friendly and helpful and strive to accommodate our requests including change from a noisy air con sound room and late check out. Special thank to the restaurant staff Dui Phuc who is friendly and helpful. When including cable car and water world admission, the room is overall, value for money.”

“The communication would had been easier if they didn’t only used Zalo. We were lucky our cousin joined us to communicate as she had Zalo. There was no one at the desk as stated. “A newer hotel just 10 minute walk to where the nightly fireworks are staged. The breakfast that was included was at another Lotus hotel, just a 5 minute walk but they also provided a golf cart ride there. The breakfast had about 10 choicest, which was good, but no coffee etc included, just a glass of water. The staff were nice and helpful knew some English. When we booked it included 2 tickets on the cable car to the island with the water park. So a huge saving on the price. A great deal.”

“The overall experience of living here was a little bit disappointing. On pictures the hotel looks very nice, but like most of sunset town it's superficial. After checking in we discovered that everything is a bit more run down and fake. The soundsproofing of the rooms is very poor, and specifically the door of the room. So there is a lot of noise from the hallway and the elevator. It makes a noise at every stop, and you hear it very well in the room no matter which floor it stops at. Also next……
