“It was an easy process for getting in. The kitchen facility was perfect for our use. We watched the sunrise and full moon rise from the picture window, it was amazing. The owner is very responsive about any questions. Do note it is a bottom floor condo with people above. It is very comfortable and great location to go to Maine, Portsmouth, or just the beach down the street. ”

“I traveled to Portsmouth with my adult daughter for some much needed girl time. This property was in the perfect location in beautiful Portsmouth. “The studio was lovely. Although small we had enough storage and the car was parked literally outside the door so we could stow anything bulky in the car but still have easy access. It was very comfortable. The pool was nice. The restaurant next door that is owned by the same family was excellent. Easily walkable to Perkins Cove the Marginal Way and downtown Ogunquit. We would stay again without question.”

“This place would be a lot better in the summer when the town is actually open. Not really their fault for that but it would have been nice to have had a heads up that the town was completely dead this time of year. The space is renovated nicely. You can tell whoever did it knew what they were doing. Shower is a little on the small end. At 5'10 and 200 lb I could barely fit in it. Something to keep in mind for larger guests. All in all, for the price, this was a great stay.”
