It was very rundown. The ice machine on one side didn't work. The toilet kept running, the bathrooms at the breakfast area were closed. Most of the pastries were still frozen they had no vegans, only English muffins the waffle makers kept breaking down. The beds were like cardboard It may say Ramada on the sight but I did not see any corporate oversight. This was one of the worst Ramadas I have ever stayed at. I usually have a great experience with your chain but the one in Kittery Maine is not up to standards

Comfortable beds, clean sheets. Great breakfast. The room and hallways were very dated but we were exhausted after a long overseas trip, so the place was perfect for sleep.

i could not believe this property was on Expedias list of hotels to rent as soon as i walked into the lobby i felt it wasnt right as it was so cold and when i asked where the public bathroom was he told me i would have to get the key to my room to use it so he was quick to give me a key and when i walked into the room i was ok with it as it loomed clean a little outdated but clean and then i walked into the bathroom and that was it the ceiling looked like it would fall in rust everywhere the wallpaper stained and more went back to the front desk as my husband was still there finishing up the paperwork and i said no way was i staying in that room he gave us another one just the same went back again he went to the manager office spoke to him he came back and said we have one more we can give you if you dont like that then you can check out very rude. my husband asked to speak to the manager and he wouldnt even come out at all. the next room was better as they had done the ceiling so we stayed but i can tell you i have no idea where they got the rating they did unless they put them in themselves. do not go to this place and Expedia.take it off

The place needs an up date. Everything is old and out dated. Place could be better cleaned and place was so cold in the breakfast room and front foyer as though they had the doors and windows open. Our visit was early November 2024.

Facility is very rundown exterior of the building has paint peeling off the wood on the trim and it looks very weathered interior when walking on the floor creeks and pops the owners. Our managers are unwilling to turn the heat on or up in the lobby and hallways it was in the 20s outside and was in the 50s in the lobby and dining room The manager was walking around in a jacket. The room was clean, but very dated and the bedspread was very old. Also, the bed was extremely hard. It was like sleeping on concrete.
