“Excellent, modest resort. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite that had all the amenities we needed. Everything in the suite and the property was clean and well-maintained. there is a nice lawn area with gas fire-pits where they often have movies or live music, but some nights it is just the fire-pits to relax around. I say modest because the property and are not overly large and gated off from the surroundings. Very New England, not sunbelt.”

“This was a wonderful place to stay. It would have been better to be able to park and use amenities longer day of arrival and departure. Other than that, it was great and we had an awesome time! Pickleball court, pool and grill, outdoor area was very nice to have!”

The host was fantastic! They were very responsive to our questions before and during our stay, and the check-in process was seamless,We would definitely recommend this property and plan to return again!”

“The beach house was just as described very nice house directly right on the beach perfect! Only thing was the BBQ grill was dirty before using it and a lot of sand of the floors when we entered but other then that perfect for my family and I would definitely stay here again!”

It is very clean and has everything you need to be comfortable while you enjoy Perkins Cove, the Marginal Way path and Ogunquit. Gloria could not have been more helpful to us and she was instrumental in making our first visit to the Ogunquit area a memorable one.
