“The home is very nice and overall, pretty clean. Downside is on the 90 day, there is only 1 AC unit so although it cools down at night, during the day, it is very warm and stuffy. There are ear plugs for the train whistle which blows during the night so it the windows are open, definitely use the ear plugs they provide. Host was very quick to respond when we had questions. It would be nice to have a little more in the way of cooking oil, some seasoning and baking pans for use but otherwise, we……

“This is a great property with lots of space. The kitchen and living spaces are very nice. The outdoor areas are spacious and beautiful. Overall, a very nice place to stay with a big family. The place was a bit dusty with lots of dead flies in the windows, probably no one had stayed here for awhile since the last time it was clean. The alarm system was also beeping intermittently when we got there but I got it to stop by pushing some buttons randomly on the keypad. The host communicated well and……

“I have stayed several times at the Canyo River Lodge on the Yakima River. Every time I am reminded of how beautiful the Yakima River canyon is and how easy a drive it is from Seattle. The lodge itself is a world class facility right on the river. The suites are lovely, the staff is excellent, and the restaurant has wonderful food. In addition there is one of the finest fly shops at the lodge that I have ever been in. They have guides for fishing, sporting clays, and hunting if you need help……

“Thought it was very cute and very convient . We were doing stuff at the college and only took 5 min to get there . I don't know if I would have 4 ppl stay again . 2 teens and 2 adults was a bit cozy. My kids are big 5'10 and 6'3 so the sofa bed didn't work for them .we used the air mattress , but there isn't really enough room to set it up and walk in the living room. Also they need more outside lighting in the parking area , very dark out there and kind of creepy at night when we arrived.……
