There was an unexpected issue with roadwork in front of the house. The host was very quick to respond to our questions and help us work around the roadwork. The host also left very detailed instructions for check in and check out. My family and I would definitely stay here again if we visit Denver in the future. ”

“Beautiful property. Spotless!! Quirky and stuffed with “stuff”. Two minute walk to S Pearl where there are great places to eat and drink. Very funky cool neighborhood. 2-5 minute walk to lite rail. So easy to get down town and the airport. Agent super helpful. ”

“This was a great space for our adult family members to gather. Each couple had a comfortable space with privacy when wanted. The main living level was spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub and movie room. Great location right off Broadway with lots of local restaurants to choose from. The host was quickly responsive to several questions and needs we had. ”

We were minutes from downtown Evergreen, which was a nice throwback in time. Red Rocks Amphitheater was 25 short minutes away. ”

The home is updated but they kept the historic charm. Example, crown molding, fireplace, floors, etc. Very well done. Would absolutely stay here again.”
