All the furniture (indoor and outdoor) was so comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook some meals. Big bathrooms and plenty of space to put your things. “Our family spent 2 christmas's here after my father passed and we needed a new tradition. The layout is perfect for a small family. Everything is on one level. The views out the back - spectacular sunsets. Quick walk to the beach to see the snow geese and a brisk walk. We've had to move on to a larger home with more bedrooms, otherwise, we'd still be booking here. The host provides excellent amenities and a stocked pantry (helpful for quick stays) and linens. Host goes above and beyond - my mom……

“If your looking for a place near DE turf field this is about 14 mins away if the traffic is bad 10 mins normally. Located near a walmart dollar tree and movie theater. There are many fast food options 5 mins away. The home is great has there is an airfryer which is good. The seller communication was great. I had no issues getting in or checking out. My son who is 6'2 slept comfortably in the other room. Beds are as comfortable as a hotel. Over all nithing to complain about. Better than a hotel……

“We had a great stay for a lacrosse tournament we were in town for and would stay again in the future. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Sierra was great to work with. The only down side to the stay was that we did not feel the beach/bay was swimmable, but still enjoyed our walks on the beach and searching for shells.”

“This was a lovely spot with a beautiful view. There was plenty of room to have a few friends stay for several nights and then have family visit as well. The kitchen/dining area was fine for eating, chatting and playing games and we really enjoyed the deck and screened in porch. Although the weather was not that great, there are places to visit that are only a short drive away.”

Everyone was blown away by how clean, spacious and well organized the house was. We had room to spread out, cook and relax between games, and everyone rested well in the peaceful rooms. “This property was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room, the house was very clean, and the location gave us a quiet oasis from the hustle and bustle of the lacrosse tournament. The owner was responsive and fantastic. I think my favorite part was getting to listen to the bay noise at night while going to sleep. Extremely peaceful. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay there again when we are back in the area.”
