“This is a wonderful place to simply relax. It’s away from all the hustle but close enough to visit if you want to. The sunrise is spectacular with lots of wildlife. The house is fully stocked with anything and everything you could ask for. The beds are very comfortable and the hot tub is very relaxing. It was so nice to be able to bring our dogs too. Our group enjoyed some evenings in making dinner and playing games and doing puzzles. We also loved sitting on the beach watching birds and……

“Jeff was great in his communication, tips, advice, and local information that he shared with us prior to our check-in. This was very helpful, and I only wish we had more time to have explored the area more, but we were taking a weekend course at Wheaton Arts. The home was just as pictured, well stocked, tastefully decorated, and everything was really wonderful. Perfect for the girls' weekend that we had! Will definitely return. “The property has some quirks and could use some updating. Ultimately it served are needs and there were all sorts of great things on site like kayaks. The view is what makes the property. There is nothing like watching the sun rise over the beach with your coffee. We had a great time and would recommend this place for a getaway. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. There are beautiful views of the national wildlife refuge, and sunsets over it, from the back deck. Then a one minute walk over to the beach for the sunrises over the bay. The owners were also very friendly and responsive to any questions or issues we had. We would definately love to rent this home again, when we take another vacation down to Deleware!”

“We chose Delaware for our family trip this year, our 5 adult children and their spouses all went! The house was perfect! There was plenty of bedrooms, several which had desks, which was great for our remote workers. The Kitchen was amazing. We are a family of cooks, so every night was another awesome meal. The kitchen is fully equipped, with everything you could possibly need, no matter what you are making. The island is the largest I have ever seen, which was great for our make your own……
