Oceanfront Oasis with many new upgrades

OFF SEASON DISCOUNTS - BOOKINGS FOR 1 WEEK STAY = 25% OFF- THRU APRIL 2025-

So many upgrades for 2025'! We have added new LVP flooring throughout, new faucets, new living room furniture, all new kitchen appliances, granite countertops, lots of bedroom furniture upgrades, new upper level deck, all new solid wood doors/ door trim, new upscale ceiling fans, new blinds, new smart TV’s throughout, new paint, rebuilt hot tub(new motor, heater, top plate, and cover), and new heating and air system. Much love and attention has been put into this beach house in the 22/23 off season. We also replaced all mattresses last season and added a refurbished stainless steel front end washer dryer. All customer comments and suggestions have been addressed and mitigated by licensed professional contractors.

Hovey House is located RIGHT ON THE BEACH at Mile Post 2.3. Relax in the private hot tub located on the oceanfront deck at this pet friendly cottage.

*If you would like to alter the days (example Sunday to Sunday) please inform us in your inquiry so that we can try to accommodate.

* If you have more than 10 people for the booking of the property, there will be an additional fee charged per person of $200 by permission.

We must know the exact number of people and pets that will be occupying the home during your stay, and it must be stated in your reservation/on the platform, otherwise you will be evicted. There is No Exception to breaching the contract.

-WHEN IN COMMUICATION THROUGH THE VRBO PLATFORM:
The guest stated under the reservation contract is the only person that may respond to any inquiries or payments.
Any person who is not listed under the reservation contract or who's name is not listed for the booking itself must state/sign off their full name on any inquiry through the VRBO Platform so that there is clear communication of who we are speaking with.

-TO CONFIRM RESERVATION:
**When Booking the Home: You Must Provide a Copy of Your ID CARD or Driver's License along with the Rental Agreement Signed and Acknowledged by yourself, the primary renter, also a list of all guests staying at the home, this includes adults and children.
-List every guest under the age of 18 staying at the house including their full legal name, age and date .-
-Also list all or any pets name, age, and breed.**
-EARLY CHECK IN: Permitted Upon Request well in advance through the VRBO Platform. We will get you in as early as possible but guarantee entry by 1pm, for a additional cost of $100 to be added to your base rate .
*No Exceptions for Late Check Out.*

PARKING:
There is room to comfortably park 4 vehicles on site. There is additional public parking within 100 yards that is usually full during peak in season beach hours (Mid June through Labor Day 9-6 and warm holiday weekends)
Please Notify Through the VRBO Platform if you will be driving an electric vehicle/golf cart during your stay. We must permit where the Electric Vehicle/Golf Cart will be accessed.
Electric Cars/ Golf Cart on premise being electrically charged/plugged-in, there will be a $50 Electric Fee charged. - Payment Request Will Be Sent Through Platform

NO PARTIES (OF ANY KIND ALLOWED) UNLESS REQUESTED PERMISSION:
*ONLY Guests that are Listed with Full Legal name and Birth Date are Permitted or Allowed to Occupy the home with NO Exceptions to Parties or Get-Together, Unless Requested for an Event.

You Will Need Pre-Approval Prior to Booking Property from the Property Owner if you are planning on Hosting Any Type of Party (Small or Large) or Family Get-Together.

PETS ARE WELCOME. ($175 PER PET/PER 1 WEEK STAY, $25.00 PER NIGHT PER PET/ PER NIGHT STAY) . Will Allow up to 2 pets at $175 PER PET, per 1 week stay (Additional Pets May Be Allowed with Permission). If booking is for a week in the off season the pet fee is $50 a week and will be charged at this discounted price through April 30TH 2025. You must state so in your inquiry how many pets you'll be bringing, what kind and how old they are please, so we can request payment.

RESERVATION GUIDELINE TO BOOK DOGS ON VRBO: We will permit more than 1 pet, with permission by the host for $175 A week PER PET

Linens are ordered and delivered to the home prior to your arrival and will be placed near the front stairs on the ground (shrink wrapped) in a black box. The company will not place linens inside the home , nor take the linens off of the beds, or out of the bathrooms. Upon departure, please place the dirty linens (NOT comforters, mattress pads or pillows) inside the black box they are delivered in, and where it was originally placed when delivered. Please do not put the black box on the second floor deck near the front door, it must remain on the ground.

-REMOVAL OF ANY SAND, PET HAIR & SUNSCREEN FURNITURE ( OUTDOOR SHOWER SHOULD BE USED TO REMOVE SAND AFTER BEACH DAY BEFORE ENTERING HOME)

-OVERALL - RETURN HOME TO HOW IT WAS UPON ARRIVAL

-Home is stocked with all kitchen supplies, you will need to bring all your own food / food supplies / toiletries/toiletry supplies - All beds have pillows ,mattress pads, and comforters. Linens are not included but are available to rent or you may bring your own .We will need to know ASAP your linen count if any so we can order and have them delivered to you timely upon your arrival . We need a week minimum to make sure we have the order correct .
Linens are available for rent per room by Twin $18, Queen $20
Linen sets include 2 pillow cases (1 pillowcase for twin), 1 fitted sheet and 1 regular sheet
-Bathroom sets are available for rent per person for $18

-EARLY CHECK IN OPTION-A 1 P.M. Early Check In can be arranged for a Fee of $100 but we must know ASAP or at least a week ahead to plan with our cleaning crew to be able to accommodate this option for you . **Please message the VRBO House Rules after you read and acknowledge them and sign off listing all tenants that are occupying the home as well as all pets names / ages / breed, even if it is a short term or partial stay ,also include a photo of your ID Card / Drivers license**
Our home also features a surf cam. You can enjoy the view anytime at @mydvo.com homepage and we are part of the Surfline.com camera network. The camera faces directly from a high ridge to the Ocean. Your enjoyment and privacy are important. Activity on the deck and property is not visible on the live camera stream. The cams do not record audio. -
