Cozy Cabin Vibes

This was such a fantastic cabin in the woods. We had 2 adults and 2 teens and a dog and there was plenty of room for all. It had a welcoming feel the minute we stepped inside and was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kids loved the fresh cookies upon arrival. The hosts are next door, and they were there to greet us upon arrival to see if we needed anything. Very easy check in and check out process. If you are looking for a family friendly place near Klammath Falls this is it!

Perfect Base Camp

My daughter and a good friend and I went to the K-Falls area for a week of fly fishing. We found this property perfect for our needs. Actually, it went beyond our needs. The driveway area, having a cover, was great to unload and load our gear when it was raining (occasionally). The screened porch was also nice area to stage our fishing gear. The furnishings and decor were first rate - someone put a lot of time and money into this. This is the first rental house that actually had really nice supplies like seasonings, ample cookware, etc. We also found the owners to be really nice people. We will come back here in a heartbeat.

Comfortable cottage

The house itself was comfortable, with really nice touches - homemade cookies, bottle of welcome wine, all the small touches that made it feel like home. I would stay there again. Easy drive to Crater Lake but around the house there is nothing to go see or do without a drive. The problem we had was wildfire smoke which caused electricity to go outgoing out the first two days of our three day stay. We left the house on second day because of that problem.

Great place for a getaway

Our stay here was excellent. The owners are very friendly and had fresh made cookies for the kids. The house is older but has been brilliantly updated. Lots of custom woodwork and very roomy and open. The house really has a comfortable feel to it and we were all very happy here. The layout was perfect for our family, and was very affordable. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Very Cute and Remodeled

This was a little gem in the woods. Had some rustic appearance with a new feel. Modern cabin with very comfortable beds, couches and linen. Kitchen was great. Internet was a bit spotty. Appears it is pulled from the owners house next door. Would help to have an extender inside the cabin. NO Sat or Cable TV. They have a ton of VHS and some discs. Amazon and Netflix ready TV but that's it. I could not find a thermostat. Believe it is controlled remotely but I could not find a settings. It was comfortable but my dad was slightly chilled in the morning. Owners were very nice and came over to talk to my dad in the morning as he was in the screened porch. DO NOT eat at the Rocky Point Restaurant. Believe the reviews. Harriman Resort is right across the street and is beautiful. Lake of the Woods restaurant is also great but about 20 minutes away.

Wonderful space with plenty of room love the front porch just to relax in the evening. Close to activities on the lake and easily accessible to Crater Lake National Park. Austin met us and we’re very friendly and provided things we asked for such as a cooler overall was a great stay I would definitely consider this property if we’re in the area again.

This was one of the best houses we stayed at! It is very well equipped, comfortable and decorated. Moreover, Gordon and Lynell were amazing hosts and made sure we have everything we need. We definitely recommend this place and would go back if we are around.

Close to Crater Lake National Park

My wife, adult daughter and I spent four nights at the property over the Fourth of July Weekend. We arrived late on the first night but Gordan had the door open for us and the home was in pristine condition. I've rented several homes through VRBO, across the country, none have been better than this experience. The location provides excellant shade and respite from the mid-day sun. We spent hours on the screenporch just relaxing and reading. It's only a short walk to a marina on Klamath Lake that has a restaurant open for lunch and dinner -- but the kitchen wa so well appointed that we cooked most of our meals. The gas grill was clean and worked great. Crater Lake NP is a short enough drive that we went back three times over the course of our stay. My wife and daughter also drove to Ashland, OR for shopping one afternoon -- we also spent an afternoon in Klamath Falls grocery shopping and visiting stores. Gordan and his wife were fantastic hosts, with many tips on Crater Lake and the surrounding area. We're from Maine, but if we ever return to this area -- we'll stay here.

Amazing Experience!

My Dad and I stayed to go fishing in the area for the week. Easily the best trip we have taken largely due to this amazing home and the wonderful owners. So relaxing when all your needs are met. Will be coming back in the future. Not enough words to describe...you must come and experience it.

Rocky Point Bunkhouse

We stayed at RP but was doing a job in se Klamath Falls. The fair was in town, I chose a vrbo for its comfort over that of a motel, 22-14 hours in a motel room after working all day is not good. I would stay there again, maybe even with out a local job

Fantastic stay!

Had a short notice 3 day trip with family. Renting was very easy, Gordon and Lynell were super kind hosts. Spacious and v. comfortable house, tastefully decorated with lots of movies, board games. It was like glamorous camping in the woods with all the amenities. Had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend.

Just a wonderful stay.

The pictures do not do this charming retreat justice. The owner is a skilled craftsman and has turned ordinary into extraordinary with his amazing woodwork throughout the house. You all need to see this. The beds were comfortable, every detail thought of and the kitchen so well supplied. We loved the screened porch and if you are an old movie buff that is well covered. We had the best stay and we certainly return.
