“I arrived at the property with an injury that made moving very difficult. We were greeted by a lovely young woman who took care of our check in, luggage, parking, ice and insured that i woul be comfortable and well taken care of. “The reception at night didn’t give a clear instruction on how we park our car when we already arrived very late. He can’t speak English very well so we can’t communicate smoothly. “Hotel Esplanade is a unique hotel. It is wonderfully “dated” with character and comfort. We stayed in a very nice and spacious suite with a harbor view. As we stayed for 5 nights, an improvement would be a dresser to unpack and store clothing more easily. The hotel has a fantastic, friendly and helpful staff. We especially appreciated Joanna at the front desk. The breakfast was quite nice and well taken care of. Great location makes it very highly recommended in every way.”
