“I did not get out of the taxi to check into ESPOO SUN COTTAGES. There is no proper road to the property, no reception, no breakfast available. You will be lost in wilderness without a nearby coffee shop, no breakfast, no superMarket nearby nor a taxi service. You will be mislead so do not pick up this property. I spoke to the owner to cancel my reservation and he said contact Hotel.com . I lost my money came back to Helsinki and booked another property called Indigo hotel for Euro 539/-. I paid……

“The kitchen was disgusting. All surfaces, cupboards, appliances and utensils were dirty and sticky and it was obvious that none of it had ever been properly cleaned. We have eaten out every day because of it. Also the temperature in the appartement was hot, the airconditioning / thermostate did not work.”

“整體來說很好, 地點也算方便, 有少數設備有點問題, 像是抽油煙機等, 但對我們並不是特別困擾, 倒是附近正有大型工程, 所以google map的路線並不適用, 明明距離地鐵站很近, 但第一天我們拖著大行李在附近繞了2小時才抵達, 如果飯店可以預先讓房客知道週邊的狀況及建議的路線就更好了”
