“房間設施齊全，更有洗碗機焗爐洗衣機，房間整潔。但是用貯水式熱水爐，不方便沖涼。住宿的最後一天，但酒店不能放置行李，指示不清晰，最後要拖着行李觀光。 整體住宿是令人滿意的，但對最後行李安排十分不滿。”

“The wrong telephone number and incomplete address was shown on the hotels.com website. After chatting with an AI bot I found the correct number to call and was able to talk to the host. They explained that important messages/information sent to the customers often dont get received. The accomodation in itself was in a prime location. Fairly easy to park the car in the close area although this cost quite a lot of money. The toilet door wouldnt close properly and the drain in the kitchen sink ……

“It’s in a very quiet neighborhood yet only 10 minute walk to the waterfront area. Spacious, clean, updated, nice amenities. There is a nice restaurant just down the street 2 minute walk. Very pleased. ”

“Jag bokade en lägenhet via Hotels. Men efter att ha försökt få tag på hyresvärden visade det sig att den redan var upptagen. Då fick jag en annan lägenhet som inte låg så centralt och var i ett hus som behövde renoveras. ”

“Location was very convenient to central Stavanger and also easy to get to other parts of town. It was a very quiet neighborhood and we loved having a reserved parking space. Facilities well maintained and lovely. Our family was very comfortable. We found communication with owners to be smooth and helpful. Highly recommend.”
