“This is a clean hotel with really friendly staff. My only complaint is our room smelled of smoke, especially the bathroom. It wasn’t enough to make us leave and I know this hotel is all non-smoking now, but the rooms have definitely been smoked in previously. “I'd had a long day near the end of a long trip, and searched the trunk of the car in vain hopes of finding a few items that I'd probably left behind someplace days earlier. Concerned that I was OK and might need help, the woman staffing the front desk came out to make sure I was OK and to offer assistance, and then made sure that I got the nearest room so that I wouldn't need to tote my things very far.
