“This home is located in a hilly wooded addition. The town is approx 1 mile down the street. Wonderful restaurants and many cute little shops. The home is beautiful and has all the essentials you need. Felt very cozy and relaxed while my husband was at meetings. The owner was quick to respond with any questions. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Very nice condo in great location close to downtown Raleigh. Unit was new, clean, spacious, and well stocked. (Only place I’ve ever stayed with 3 different types of coffee makers with coffee and tea included.). Communication with property manager was excellent. Highly recommend.”

“Property is really nice. Kids loved the pool and game room which kept them entertained for hours. Kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor grill area and patio are really nice. We rented to host my daughter's 16th birthday party and the house was perfect. Dryer took forever to dry clothes so just keep that in mind if you plan to do a lot of laundry. ”

“The house is very spacious and has a nice layout for entertaining. We really enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and hot tub! Our only disappointment was the furniture in the sunroom was uncomfortable and run down. Overall, we had a wonderful stay! ”

“Wonderful location near NC State, Village District, groceries, and so many restaurants. Condo had everything we needed and a lovely, comfortable place to stay. Owner easy to communicate with.”

“This is our second time starting at this cute property and it was just as perfect as last time. Our daughter loves the “secret” Lot and our pups have a blast in the fenced in backyard. My husband and I appreciate the central location and always enjoy coming back to a fire in the fire pit. ”

“I came to Raleigh for surgery and recuperated in this lovely place. It was convenient to my doctor in the Greenbriar area. The hosts were so kind and responsive. The place is spotless and has everything you might need. The bed was very comfortable.”

“My 94 year old father and I stayed here on a visit to my son, who lives in Apex. We needed a ranch with few steps, and this property worked out beautifully. Everything was clean, well maintained and updated. And the carport provided protection from rain during entry into the house. There is a nice deck and a yard off the kitchen which is very nice. Of note: While it did not impact us at all, there is a large construction site next door to the house. ”
