“Great place to stay with our boat. The deck is a bit sketchy, but it worked. That was the only negative.”

“We stayed here for the July 4 holiday weekend, 2 parents, 2 teens, and the dog. Plenty of room for everyone inside and outside. The kids loved the paddle boards, kayaks, and putting green. The kitchen had everything we needed, and Safeway is close by. We spent alot of time on the deck, enjoying the water view. Highly recommend.”

“We really enjoyed our time here, our only complaint was it wasn't long enough. The deck is wonderful spot to gather, the water toys were great. Beds were comfy and extra bedding was plentiful.”

“What a wonderful experience, the Jaz itself is about as nice as a houseboat can get, and Sandra was an amazing host, she even decorated the place for our anniversary as a surprise. This is the type of rental that gives Air b&b/vrbo a good name. ”

“A very well equipped, tiny home and a beautiful river front view. It is not walkable to anything, but it is certainly centrally located. The staff were super responsive and the extra touches like the bottle of wine, the chocolate, and the coffee and waters were certainly beautifully gracious. The on-site caretaker was very welcoming, and I felt safe traveling by myself. It would be a great spot to bring a croquet set and enjoy a game on the lawn. The little Putting green was fun and the fire pit……

“WE LIVE IN MANTECA AND FIND THAT THIS 20 MINUTE VACATION BUNGALOW IS GREAT FOR US. 85 AND 81. JUST RELAXED. WE USE TO HAVE A BOAT AND THIS IS HOW WE FOUND THIS GREAT PLACE. MY HUSBAND ENJOYS THE WATER VERY MUCH. HAVE RESERVATIONS FOR LABOR DAY CAN HARDLY WAIT.”

“We loved our stay, house was clean with multiple beds. Would suggest a few more bedside tables and another couch. A few games and puzzles added would be nice too. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, dishes and cup, but needed more silverware. All in all, we would to come back. ”
