In an excellent area; however, the rooms are worn down considerably, carpet needs replacing, the vanity needs to be sanded down and refinished. Bed slept well, not fancy but a good nights sleep. The ironing board was broken and needs to be replaced. (I forgot to tell the front desk that it was broken when I took it out of the closet. )

Most guest are hard working migrant tradesmen, who are great people but wear out a property quickly due to work boots and work clothing (dirt) as compared to vacation and businesses travelers. The gym is a danger zone of broken equipment.

Staff was incredibly friendly. The rooms were loud if the room above you flushed or if someone made noise in the hall outside the door you could hear it clearly. Pool towels were hard to come by. The improvements they made really work for the hotel overall they just have to continue making them. Obviously it’s a process so I don’t fault them for it. Overall a good stay though, if you’re looking for something a bit better than a motel but not quite an expensive 4/5 star hotel this hotel will fit your needs.

Nothing worked, not the Internet, not the heat, no TV in the suite and the guests next to me also came out and said how ridiculous it is to pay $180 and nothing at all work! Very frustrating and wasted my money I will be taking a break from booking with Expedia.

The whole property is on the older but acceptable side. But the carpet in our room not only looked old (and frankly gross), but it was actually WET. I took my shoes off ready to fall into bed when we arrived at 1 am and I could feel my socks getting soggy. It may not have been the whole carpet, but it was a large area from the ends of the beds towards the bathroom. Tried to sleep and forget about it, but the humidity from the wet carpet was also annoying. If only one upgrade was done to this hotel, new carpet would make a huge difference. Beds were OK. Bathroom was clean and everything worked.

The linens and beds were clean, but the window in out room was severely cracked and could easily be a danger to anyone who pressed against it. Also, there was a burn in the carpet of our room and a burn mark that had been bleached over in the hallway. The breakfast was very nice. All in all, I would give this a 3 out of 5 because the beds and breakfast were good, but there are some maintenance/upkeep issues to be resolved.

We brought our dog. On check in the front desk staff told us she was charging us for only 2 of 3 night for the pet as a military discount. Then on check out they added the third night for the pet. If didn’t want to do it don’t offer it. Would never cared. But instead lie. When confronted different front desk person, she said u had pet 3 nights. And don’t care what the other employee said. Nice bait and switch action. They only use certain rooms for pets. Which i could care less except the room smelled of pet pee and had stains all over the floor. I took pic of the room on arrival and again when left to prove it was not our dog. We only slept there and our pet was not left in the room by herself. They make u sign a paper that say they will charge for damages. But then don’t clean the floors after another pet leaves and during its stay peed on the floor. Discussing. They have a policy that they only clean the rooms every three days. Which again not a problem. But we need more towels. Went to ask for them and had to beg for them. Then they counted them like we were criminals. Things I don’t tolerate: being lied to and treated like I want to steel their thin small towels. Needless to stay I told them I would never stay here again and they were like that’s ok. We don’t care. With that attitude they will loose a lot of business. I didn’t complain about the room because we were just there to sleep. We take care of rooms that we stay at. Service was poor.
