We were in town for just a couple of nights so this stay was fine for what it was. We liked the area and that it was close to where we wanted to go but not right in the thick of the chaos. The first room we were given was supposed to be non-smoking however right away we smelled smoke. The staff was super friendly and she remedied it and moved us to a different room right away. We opted to skip house keeping but did need fresh towels and they were again very friendly and took care of it quickly. I will say that the bed is a spring mattress and was OK but not very comfortable. Also, the breakfast left something to be desired...there was not a huge selection but they had the usual stuff. The eggs though...ugh...they were fried eggs (i think) and were literally grey! I couldnt even eat them. For the price and location, it was a good stay though.

Pros: check in was easy Cons: rooms are very small. I’ve been in larger bathrooms in a motor home. The beds are not very good, about like sleeping on an Army cot. Definitely not worth the money you pay. Lots of motels in the area, choose somewhere else.

Close to the hotel, very nice scenery around it. Room smelled of cigarettes. The carpet smelled like 10 dogs used it as a puppy pad. It looked like 100 buffalo walked on it too. Other than that it was mid.

Amazing upon entrance, it was clean and smelled so good. The staff was great and welcoming especially Mr.Ron during check in and our stay. If ever im traveling this will be my place to stay.

We stayed in a suite (price was comparable to the regular rooms and it was going to be easier to put our small children to bed and allow us somewhere to be up that wouldn’t keep them awake) Although the room itself was fine, the AC in the bedroom did not work at all. When we arrived I turned on both the bedroom and living room units and the bedroom was just blowing heat. We had to unplug it completely to get it to stop blowing hot air and turn down the AC in the living room and keep it on high to make the room a bearable temperature. Because of this I had to leave the bedroom door open, which negated the entire point of getting the suite, I just had to go to bed at the same time as my small children at that point. Also the elevators smelled like straight up weed.

Unfortunately, we had to cut our visit short. The staff was very accommodating and made check out quick and easy. The hotel is clean and easy to get to from Knoxville. We would definitely stay here again.

Tamara, the lady at the night desk was awesome!!! She was so helpful, courteous, and patient when my laptop wouldn’t detect their WiFi and I couldn’t figure out the channels on the TV. The absolute best part of our stay was the wonderful Green Way Loop right at the hotel which was perfect for walking our dog. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. I would have given the property a 5 star rating if not for the lackluster breakfast and the apparent uninterest of the young woman who was at the front desk in the morning. We were there for 4 nights and the breakfast was exactly the same every day. The eggs and sausage links were dry and not warm. Very little bread was out and only one kind. The little muffins were dry. It was a pretty sad breakfast compared to other hotels that I have stayed out that were of the same price range. To end on a positive, I want to say again that the place to walk our dog was one of the best we have ever had.
