The Space:
Cute attic space. Original hardwood throughout. Cozy spot.
Area of older homes in East Knoxville. Conveniently located. If you're looking for a fancy, pristine neighborhood this isn't for you. It is a beautiful older home and much cheaper and nicer than a hotel.

Guest have access to the entire apartment.
No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350)

The Neighborhood:
Older, Eastside neighborhood. easy access to grocery store a couple of blocks away. Minutes from dowtown area and you are about 30-45 minutes from Pigeon Forge.
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft and City Cabs are available and the house is on the KAT public transportation system as well.

ID and Verification:
To comply with legal and security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, and provide a valid credit card matching your ID for verification. Depending on our screening results, additional credit card verification may be required. A security deposit may be needed (excluding Airbnb guests)
Pet Policy:
No cats are allowed.
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed on the property with a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $150 per stay.
Guest Support:
My team is available daily from 7 AM to 8 PM CT to address any questions and concerns. For food deliveries, the following services can deliver to you: DoorDash, McDelivery (McDonald's), GrubHub, 2eatn, Bite Squad, and Uber Eats.
Sleeping Capacity:
Normal capacity is 2 guests.
Maximum capacity is 3 guests, with an Additional Guest Fee of $15 per person per night for the 3rd guest.
Guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person per night.
Check-In/Check-Out:
Standard Check-In: 3 PM
Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.
Standard Check-Out: 11 AM
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.
Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly.
Smoking Policy: A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.
