“服務人員很熱情，住宿品質很好，免費接駁車方便，早餐豐盛，泳池乾淨還有水柱，沙發，搖椅，床&枕頭都很舒服。除了硬體設備有一點點小缺點，例如主臥浴室的洗臉盆漏水緩慢，有些碗盤有缺角，早餐的餐蓋有破損，其餘都非常完美，還可以跟櫃台借熨斗。下次再來一定會再入住這裡，附近環境很安靜，像在樹林草叢裡，可以跟旅館租機車外出方便。如果你不想住在奧南觀光客很多的地方，住Alisea pool villas真是非常享受的選擇。”

However the staff communication through Line was hit or miss. The property was older but well maintained. “第一次体验不同的住宿体验，感觉还是非常的不适应。酒店没有早餐，需要吃什么要自己做。酒店的吃住行工作人员可以帮忙代办，费用会比自己去订的要高一些，酒店任何配套都没有，所有的配套服务都是外包的，就是上门spa也是外面路上找来的人。这次唯一一觉得不错的，就是有一个独立的泳池，酒店并不靠海，所以这个泳池还是必须的。总之，之后不会再定了，心太累，虽然酒店给了电话和微信，但是他们并不是24小时有人在的，需要帮忙的时候，往往找不到人。”
