“老公说最喜欢这个酒店。因为早餐很丰富，中晚餐可以在酒店订，味道也不错，服务也好，酒店里设施齐全，只是房间的被褥有点潮潮的。”

“第一次体验不同的住宿体验，感觉还是非常的不适应。酒店没有早餐，需要吃什么要自己做。酒店的吃住行工作人员可以帮忙代办，费用会比自己去订的要高一些，酒店任何配套都没有，所有的配套服务都是外包的，就是上门spa也是外面路上找来的人。这次唯一一觉得不错的，就是有一个独立的泳池，酒店并不靠海，所以这个泳池还是必须的。总之，之后不会再定了，心太累，虽然酒店给了电话和微信，但是他们并不是24小时有人在的，需要帮忙的时候，往往找不到人。”

“飯店有海灘，附近有7-11，地理位置算方便，但離碼頭有些距離。另服務品質還需加強，房間冷氣漏水，請人來修3次，1次直接忽略，後面2次也都沒修好。感覺飯店很不積極處理”

“酒店環境不錯，很寧靜，適合休閒。餐廳服務也熱情，就是菜品選擇不是很豐富。而前台的服務就比較令人失望，check in和check out的業務還算ok，但是有什麼信息需要咨詢的時候，就顯得員工什麼都搞不清楚了。試過一些簡單的方法解決，但是實際上并沒有幫我解決實際的問題，最後還是把問題丟給了客人自己來解決，這點很讓人失望。”

The staff are very welcoming as well and they offer all kinds of charged services including taxi, motorcycle or snorkelling. “The room was incredible, well air conditioned and large. The staff were top notch, so friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with. The surrounding area is great, a lot of walkable dining options, and can get taxis from the front desk to areas further out. There were some monitor lizards and lots of beautiful birds out there too. The pool was very well maintained, and the beach is incredibly close, right at the back of the property. This location is so hospitable and beautiful it felt like……
